Community Wellbeing Pledge

We are committed to enhancing the welfare of the wider community during the challenging conditions during summer time.  As such, CBD is signing this pledge to ensure any visitor to any office within the group will be accommodated with respect and wellbeing during the warmer months.

  1. Hydration: All visitors shall be provided with unlimited chilled water for their personal use when visiting any office within the group. 
  2. Rest:  Visitors to any office in the group will be welcome to rest for 15 minutes within the air conditioned offices, ensuring they are fit and prepared for their ongoing journey.
  3. Emergency Assistance Protocol: We will providing immediate assistance to visitors in case of emergencies related to heat exhaustion or any other health concerns. This includes access to medical assistance and transportation to medical facilities if needed.
  4. Communications: We will offer free Wifi and assistance to communicate with employer’s and/or families if a visitor is in need to provide urgent or important updates in the event of an emergency or near emergency situation.
  5. Assistance: Wherever possible, we will endeavour to assist all visitors with their delivery(s) to the business.  In the event of large/heavy objects, the team will assist however possible.
  6. Awareness:  We are committed to displaying the Sabil logo in a prominent location in our reception/welcome area to ensure visitors are aware of our commitment to their wellbeing.
  7. Community: By signing up to the Sabil Pledge, we are also committed to promoting the campaign to at least three additional businesses/groups.

The campaign centres around connecting our community as one during the hottest months of the year.
